Limina Studios partnered with Major Developers to bring an off-plan project to life using immersive virtual tours powered by Matterport. As off-plan developments continue to grow across the UAE, this CGI-based virtual tour played a key role in engaging international investors who could not visit in person. Buyers explored interiors, layouts, and views remotely—online, through live presentations, or via VR when needed.

Located near Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first licensed casino in the UAE opening in 2027, the project attracted strong overseas interest and supported confident remote investment decisions.
