Education Center “Karriere Campus Hannover”


The „Karriere Campus Hannover“ is a modern and highly flexible education center, providing centralized training and professional development for financial advisors working for Swiss Life.

The approximately 6,000-square-meter Career Campus Hannover is a central training center in Germany for the initial and continuing education, training courses, coaching, events, and seminars for the more than 5,800 licensed financial advisors of the "Swiss Life Financial Advisory Companies" and external participants who also have the opportunity to rent these training facilities.

The task was to publish the digital twin of the new building as a complete digital twin just one week after the official opening. To achieve this, we developed a concept for capturing the building during the construction phase.

At that time, however, the large terrace was not yet finished and could not be shown in this initial version. Therefore, we were only able to capture the enormous terrace on the first floor months later. However, at that time the "football room" had also been expanded with further murals, so we rescanned it and integrated it into the update.

The virtual tour incorporates not only the standard Matterport features but also additional MPskin capabilities and many other functions: a drone view, augmented reality, and even the latest wayfinder feature!

Last year, we mapped an additional section of the building for the client, including training and event spaces. We integrated this section into the existing virtual tour in the background, and then, after client approval, replaced the old tour with the expanded one.

Area: Initially approximately 6,000 sq m, plus an additional 1,200 sq m added in May 2025. This brings the current total to 7,200 sq m.

Bildungszentrum „Karriere Campus Hannover“


Der Karriere-Campus Hannover ist ein modernes und hochflexibles Schulungszentrum und ermöglicht zentrale Aus- und Weiterbildung der für Swiss Life tätigen Finanzberatenden.
Der ca. 6.000 Quadratmeter große Karriere-Campus Hannover ist ein deutschlandweit zentrales Schulungszentrum für die Aus- und Weiterbildung, Trainings, Coachings, Events, sowie Seminare für die derzeit über 5.800 lizenzierten Finanzberaterinnen und -berater der „Swiss Life - Finanzberatungsunternehmen“ und Externe die ebenfalls die Möglichkeit haben diese Schulungsräume anzumieten.

Die Aufgabe bestand darin den digitalen Zwilling des Neubaus schon 1 Woche nach der offiziellen Eröffnung, als fertigen digitalen Zwilling zu veröffentlichen. Dazu haben wir ein Konzept entwickelt wie man schon während der Bauphase das Gebäude erfasst.

Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war die große Terrasse aber noch nicht fertig gebaut und konnte in dieser ersten Version noch nicht gezeigt werden. Deswegen konnten wir die riesige Terrasse im 1. Obergeschoss erst Monate später erfassen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war aber auch der „Fussball Raum“ durch weitere Wandmalereien erweitert worden und deswegen haben wir diesen gleich noch mal neu gescannt und somit in das Update integriert.

Im virtuellen Rundgang sind neben den Standard Matterport auch weitere Eigenschaften von MPskin und viele weitere Funktionen eingebaut: eine „Drohnenaufnahme“, „Augmented Reality“ und sogar die neuste „Wayfinder-Funktion“!

Letztes Jahr haben wir für den Kunden einen weiteren Gebäudeteil mit Schulungs- und Veranstaltungsräumen erfasst. Diesen Gebäudeteil haben wir im Hintergrund mit den vorhandenen Rundgang verbunden und dann, nach der Kundenfreigabe, haben wir den alten gegen den erweiterten Rundgang ausgetauscht.

Fläche: Am Anfang ca. 6.000qm zuzüglich in 05.2025 weitere ca 1.200qm die hinzugefügt wurden. Somit sind es aktuell 7.200qm
