Entry Description

Traditionally, trade shows exist for just one day, with limited access once the event ends. Through this digital twin, we transformed Automated Management Live into a 365-day digital experience, preserving the exhibition, stands, and layout long after the physical show closed.

The digital twin allows visitors to explore the event remotely, revisit exhibitor spaces, and engage with the show at their own pace. It also serves as a historical digital record of the event, capturing how the exhibition looked and functioned at a specific moment in time.

By extending the life of the trade show beyond a single day, this project demonstrates how digital twins can be used not only for accessibility and engagement, but also for long-term preservation of live events.
