🏛 CASE STUDY: Digitalization of the Museum Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic (Pilot Project)
Object: M.V. Frunze Memorial House-Museum. Mission: Preserving the history of the formation of Kyrgyz statehood.

1. Scale and Context
This project served as the starting point (pilot) for a global program to digitize the historical heritage of Kyrgyzstan's museum fund. We began with the digitization of the museum named after Mikhail Vasilyevich Frunze — one of the key leaders and founders of the statehood of the modern Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The Solution: Comprehensive Digital Twin
A benchmark digital asset was created, demonstrating the standards for all subsequent museums in the country:

Historical Accuracy: Full 3D capture of the exposition related to the military and political history of the republic's formation.

Virtual Gallery: Functionality implemented for detailed viewing of paintings and exhibits.

Multimedia Immersion: Audio and video guides are embedded in the tour, transforming the viewing experience into a full-fledged educational excursion.

3. Integration & Accessibility
The project is not only preserved in an archive but also integrated into everyday services for the convenience of citizens and tourists:

Geo-services: Full integration into Google Maps and 2GIS has been executed.

Searchability: The digital twin is accessible via search engines, expanding the museum's audience beyond physical visitors.

4. Perspective
The successful implementation of this case paves the way for scaling this experience to larger museum complexes in the country, creating a unified digital cultural ecosystem for Kyrgyzstan.
